Marketing Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our in-house marketing team. In this role, you will oversee a small, group of digital executives and graphic designer and guide the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, support business growth, and engage our target audiences. You will play a key role in shaping our marketing strategy, optimising team performance, and ensuring all campaigns align with business goals. Typical Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plan aligned with business goals and roadmap and strategy.
- Oversee content creation (blogs, social media, videos, brochures) and support internal communication (podcasts, email, Teams, and engagement activities.)
- Maintain brand guidelines, manage brand identity, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Lead the company sponsorship and donation process.
- Work closely with departments across the group to capture insight, understand priorities and turn expertise into strong marketing assets.
- Collaborate with business development, sales teams, and other departments to support events, lead generation, revenue growth and business priorities.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Drive innovation by exploring new marketing channels, tools, and technologies.
- Support team efficiencies by keeping on top of marketing admin and following agreed processes.
- Mentor and develop marketing team members, fostering professional growth
